At Oasis Society®, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the footwear is returned in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
